Job Description:
Main purpose of job:
Working as part of a team which will be advising clients on all aspects of DC scheme design, implementation, communication and on going governance. Working with clients keeping them appraised of developments in the DC marketplace generally. Development of DC services and client base
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Proactive consulting to Trustees and company
- Developing new DC business opportunities
- Drafting of reports/client advice letters/member communications/project plans/business plans
- Liaising on a regular basis with Clients/ Insurance companies/investment managers
- Responsible for the timely delivery of services to clients in relation to provider updates and other standard service offerings
- Working with, and development of, other support consultants and team, as appropriate
- Developing working knowledge of group practice issues and services
Education / Professional Qualifications:
- PMI qualification desireable
