Job Description:
The Team:
The Business Change Group is responsible for client change projects, including client conversions and business or client generated projects. They will act as the business interface to the central functions of Project Management and Technology and interface with operational units for the implementation of client conversions ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Roles / Responsibilities:
¿ Project Planning - Construct project plans for designated projects which are consistent with agreed project objectives and budgets.
¿ Project Management - Maintain an oversight over all activities, ensuring issues and divergences from plans are escalated appropriately.
¿ Maintain an accurate status of projects, ensuring resource effort and other costs are captured and reported in a timely manner.
¿ Provide a central point of contact for each project both internally and with clients.
¿ Identify and manage issues, risks and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
¿ Project Reporting - Ensure project status reports are produced in accordance with the communication plans agreed at the outset.
¿ Resource Management - Provide clear direction and leadership to staff managed in the course of a project.
Skills / Experience:
¿ Excellent knowledge of the various functions within the Asset Servicing business and how they fit together.
¿ Proven ability to deliver within deadlines and manage client expectation
¿ Able to deal effectively with external clients and prospects including senior management
¿ Previous involvement in projects or change management
¿ Innovative approach to problem solving
¿ Ability to influence relevant parties to ensure targets are met where possible
Education / Professional Qualifications:
- Degree/ third level qualification
