A household name and recognised market leader is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Specialist with fluent German & English to manage a high volume payroll for their German retail market.
Roles / Responsibilities:
Key requirements
- Fluent English and German is essential
- Qualified payroll specialist with local German payroll knowledge
- Ability to manage entire payroll process for German market approx 1,000 employees
- Managing a German payroll within a retail environment would be an advantage
- Project experience would be beneficial
- Experience from a Shared Service Centre or Multinational environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong relationship manager and customer focused
