Job Description:
12 month contract
Our client is a leading bank who are looking for experienced mortgage arrears professionals to manage early arrears cases.
The role:
- Monitoring risk cases and identifying early arrears issues
- Contacting arrears customers for status updates
- Advising on repayment options
- Maintain and monitor ongoing contact and follow-up
Skills /Experience:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years experience in Mortgage Arrears/ Mortgage Collections
- Strong communication, rapport building and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability negotiate
- Well organised with an ability to prioritise
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
