Responsibilities:

• Reported to Operations Director with responsibility for developing and maintaining broker relations. Transformed broker relationship in Irish marketplace.
• Supported increase of Gross Written Premium (GWP) on Motor insurance products from €250k to €15m. Delivered premium income targets in excess of €1m per month.
• Identified opportunities to develop broker network successfully increasing broker network by 50% to 300 brokers.
• Presented to potential new business opportunities outlining products and services.
• Supported the introduction of 2 new products – commercial vehicle product and motor trade product. Contributed to writing policy wording.
• Managed the relationships with existing broker accounts. Resolved a range of claim, case and system issues.
• Liaised with underwriting departments to identify and formulate SLA’s, identify underperforming products and identify new product introduction opportunities.
• Implemented Motor product rate changes and testing.

• Led Broker Management System enhancement enabling brokers to transact privatmotor renewal business on the Relay system.
