- Highly accomplished in the fields of Property (Catastrophe specialist) and Liability Adjusting
- Has managed teams of up to 45 staff in the past
- Experienced in "green field" situations, establishing offices and development of processes & systems
- Setting budgets and targets and controlling work in progress
- Was given three year target within which to make a profit in current role, achieved a 15% profit within year 1
- Considerable commercial major loss exposure including power generation, construction, manufacturing, industrial, office, hotels, casualty claims
- Managed catastrophe response teams including several hurricanes and an earthquake
- Keen to develop his career within a new start up or established adjusting environment
