Excess Property/Casualty Underwriter

Responsibilities:

• Underwriting for excess property reinsurance. This includes reviewing the submissions, pricing the risk, Quoting accounts, communicating with Brokers and Underwriters,
• Documentation for Internal Reinsurance Certificates and stamping Slips
• CAT Manager using RMS and oversee three business units. Supervising the Quarterly
• Roll up process to ensure that all account locations are captured and running reports to see where portfolio is exposed to CAT events.
• Managing Pool Re and ARPC terrorism calculations, quarterly and Annual returns
• Assistant Underwriter for Excess Liability. This includes reviewing accounts for Excess Liability Manager, preparing documentation, attending client and broker meetings.
