  Preformed various analysis and documentation tasks as required for a wide range of Funds Services Projects within a Global Product Development Group. Including, Business Case Justifications, Business Requirements Documents, Gap analysis, Test Plans, Post Implementation Reviews.
• Reviewed and Signed-off of System Design Specification documents that adhere to specified requirements.
  Supported and coordinated Information Technology and Fund Administration SMEs in various project initiatives.
• Examined techniques, systems and processes in use and determine appropriate changes to effect improvements, reduce costs and enhance efficiency to meet business needs.
• Coordinated QA testing cycles, participating and managing members of testing team during UAT, regression and unit testing. Also included Test script writing and design of Test plans.
