Steps to get paid on time for Christmas!

 
We would like to advise you of our payroll arrangements over the Christmas period. Please note that failure to comply with the instructions below will result in non-payment as we are working to very strict deadlines.
 

Weekending 18th December

• Please ensure your timesheet is created & approved by Monday 21st @ 10am
• Should you require any holiday pay please enter holiday hours you wish to take on this timesheet
• Your wages will then be paid into your account on Thursday 24th Dec
• If your timesheet is not in on time, you will not be paid again until after Christmas

Weekending 25th December 2009 & weekending 1st January 2010

• Please ensure both timesheets for w/e 25th Dec & w/e 1st Jan are created & approved by Monday 4th Jan at 9am
• Any outstanding holiday pay will be paid out if you have not claimed this yet. Holidays accrued in 2009 cannot be carried forward to 2010
• Your wages will then be paid into your account on Friday 8th January 

 In a nutshell, you will be paid on December 24th and then again on January 8th. Please contact us on 021 2300 301/ 01 4321 500 if you have any further queries.
